Shipping Policy

Due to COVID-19 and upcoming holidays, many postal carriers are experiencing delays which may affect normal shipping times.  Please allow the full delivery time before reaching out to our customer service.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

We offer 3 shipping options to get you your orders as quickly as possible.  Order are processed within 24 hours and then they are transferred to the mail carrier.

Orders Under $49.95 in the Continental U.S.

$2.99 via UPS/USPS Mail Innovations (3-14 days)

$7.99 UPS Ground (3-5 days)

$11.99 UPS 3 Day Select

Orders Over $49.95 in the Continental U.S.

FREE shipping via UPS/USPS Mail Innovations (3-14 days)

$5.99 UPS Ground (3-5 days)

$9.99 UPS 3 Day Select

Standard Shipping outside of the Continental U.S.

$12.99 but can increase depending on weight and region. Shipped via UPS Mail Innovations and USPS (up to 3 weeks)

Expedited Shipping - UPS 3 Day Select

Orders are processed within 24 hours and transferred to UPS (typically 3 days after receipt by UPS, not including Sundays and holidays). Not available for orders outside the Continental U.S.

When will my order ship?

Orders received before 1pm EST - the following business day, not including weekends and holidays.

Does Kriddr ship internationally?

We currently ship to U.S. Territories and U.S. Military Bases.  This includes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.  We also ship to US Military bases outside of the United States.  Other than U.S. Military bases, we currently do not ship Kriddr Care internationally.​
